Project Overview

Phase 1: Removed the complete roof to form a new loft conversion complete with eyebrow dormers, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Changes to the ground floor layout with a new elliptical staircase. Complete external renovation of the property. The building has been clad in Cape Cod from Canada.

Phase 2: Winter 2018 – Extensive ground floor reconfiguration – New Double Garage
