Topsham, South Hams. Devon:

Conversion of a garage with a studio on the first floor. Complete external refurbishment.

The existing building was a barn with a pottery studio on the first floor and garage on the ground floor.

Enlarged the access to the first floor studio for wheelchair access and reconfigured the bathroom

Form new full height windows in the front of the property and two additional windows in the rear. The existing garage doors were removed and a new access formed

Reclad the property in oak with sliding doors to cover the full height windows

The groundworks included installing a treatment plant for the new ground floor bathroom

When finished this building had a first floor pottery studio including kitchen area and toilet. the ground floor had a livingroom, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom
